Likestarlings is a place for talking in poems. We pair poets with poets and they write a sequence of six new works by responding in turn to one another. Simon was born in Redruth in 1961. He has published three collections of poetry, Fifteen Exits (Waterloo Press, 2001), Reverdy Road (Salt, 2003) and Mercury (Salt, 2006). His translations of Catullus and Reverdy have appeared in PN Review, Stand, Poetry Review and most recently in Vanitas (USA). In 2009 a pamphlet appeared from Landfill called Browning Variations. He is Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Kent.
