Likestarlings is a place for talking in poems. We pair poets with poets and they write a sequence of six new works by responding in turn to one another. Claire has published her poetry widely in journals such as the Times Literary Supplement, the London Review of Books, Poetry Wales and the Warwick Review. She also regularly writes reviews. Her first full collection, Stretch of Closures, was shortlisted for the Jerwood/Aldeburgh Best First Collection Prize and her second collection, The Clockwork Gift, has just been launched, both from Shearsman. Claire has a PhD in Creative Writing from Kingston University.
