Catherine Blauvelt is a poet who enjoys filling her poems with flowers, mostly because she has a difficult time keeping them alive in real life. She recently received her MA in English/Poetry from The University of Texas and is now off to Iowa City to attend The Iowa Writers' Workshop. She also enjoys working on literary journals, and has thus far been a part of Another Chicago Magazine and Bat City Review.
