Noelle is the author of five books, most recently, Poem for the End of Time and Other Poems (Wave Books, 2006), Sunny Wednesday (Wave, 2009) and The Bigger World (Wave, 2011). Her translations of some of the poems of the French poet, Tristan Corbiere, are collected into a book called Poet by Default (Wave, 2011). She has received awards from the NEA, The American Poetry Review, The Fund for Poetry and The Academy of American Poets, as well as many other places. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY, but moved to the wilds of New Jersey three years ago, where she makes her home.
